• Since this is a toner, you can use it (preferably in the evening) but only once a day at the most (The Ordinary discourages too acidic exfoliation, and neither do I).
• However, I should warn anyone with acne-prone skin or skin that has wounds or cuts that this will sting. On the face, a fresh pimple or one that has picked up could itch.
• Use by saturating a cotton pad and rubbing it on your face and neck (and do not wash it off).

• Because glycolic acid toner has a low pH and interferes with some microorganisms that cause sweat to smell under the armpits and prevents their proliferation, it lessens the odor.

1. After taking a shower, put this under your armpit (NOT THE DAYS  SHAVE) by massaging a small amount of the glycolic toner with your fingers or applying a cotton pad. One must be consistent because this product takes time to function.
